Kind regards is gewoon Vriendelijke groeten, dus dat moet er gewoon staan.
"I hope you'll (of: 'you will) get back to me soon" is iets in de richting van "Ik hoop snel van je te horen"
"I hope to hear from you soon" betekent dat ook, maar dan met andere woorden. Er staat een / tussen, dus dat zijn 2 mogelijkheden, eentje kiezen dus.
Verder hangt het ervan af hoe de normering werkt. Doen ze het aantal fouten delen door het aantal woorden ofzo, dan moet je inderdaad geen afkortingen gebruiken. Dus wat splendid zegt

wij hebben geleert altijd te beginnen met "my name is" NOOIT met "I"
2e alinea mag het weer wel

Ik vind dit beter en je hebt al een aanhef, dus de eerste zin NIET beginnen met 'hello'

Maar @ wildhaguh, hij is zo wel ongeveer goed. Alleen niet beginnen met "Hello I am", maar met "My name is".
