I Have changed the spark plug and the cdi box and the ignition coil to but i still have this strange problem, when i have full retard it sound like i turn the key to on and off. its no problem at all at lower rpm/s. does anyone knows what it can be? Because i have changed all the other igniton parts i think its the Generator that is faulty

I had a problem like that.
at 7000 rpm the engine didn`t run normal anymore below 7000 everything was okay.
I found out the wire to the sparkplugcap was broken internally, when i replaced the wire and the cap everything was okay.
